When you place an order with Uber Eats and Grub Hub, you are transacting delivery service and purchases through their platform. If you encounter an issue with your order, you will need to contact the 3rd party delivery service directly using the phone numbers below. Be sure to have your order number and other information ready when contacting customer support.

Uber Eats Customer Support

  • To chat with customer support, in the app go to Account → Help → Help With an Order. Select an order, then your issue, to connect.

Grub Hub Customer Support
